These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Indino website and Android mobile application. By accessing, installing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws to use our services. If you are using Indino on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
You agree not to misuse the Indino platform. Prohibited actions include attempting unauthorized access, distributing harmful content, interfering with system security, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Product listings are subject to availability and change. Images are for representation purposes only. Indino reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Indino does not store or have access to your complete payment details.
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to gateway processing times.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates. Delays may occur due to logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Indino shall not be held responsible for such delays.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Indino platform are owned by Indino or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Indino may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.
Indino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without notice if these Terms are violated.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Indino after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
